The Hills are Alive

With the Sound of…F-15’s

The local Air National Guard Base recently traded in their A-10’s

For F-15’s

While I miss seeing the A-10’s drilling in the area, I have to say there is nothing like the sound of an F-15 zooming over the house. I work nights, and if I get woken up by the neighbor’s hounds, trucks rolling by, the kids on dirtbikes – it pisses me off.

When I wake to the sound of an F-15, I smile, roll over and sleep that much more soundly.
